Abstract

To achieve maximum, effective, and efficient results in the e-learning system, higher education needs a learning method that can be accessed by anyone and anywhere they are. Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) are a learning method that can provide large-scale information and learning resources to be accessed online by students without any geographical location restrictions. The purpose of this study is to determine the success factors of implementing the MOOCs model to improve student learning outcomes through independent learning and adjusting student learning styles with the concepts desired in the e-learning system. To determine the success factors for implementing the MOOCs model. Critical success factors include system quality (SQ), course quality (CQ), service quality (SeQ), customer behavior/attitude (CB/A), satisfaction (Sat), and information quality (IQ). The results of implementing the MOOCs model explain that there is an increase in the interaction between students and lecturers in the learning process carried out so that students are expected to be able to improve motivation and learning outcomes. The findings of this paper are how to analyses critical success factors of MOOCS in implementing e-learning systems in higher education

Keywords
