Author Guidelines

Manuscripts must be submitted using the Online Submission System on Jurnal Sisfotek Global portal (https://journal.global.ac.id/index.php/sisfotek/) after registering as an Author in the "Register" section. Online submission procedures can be found at the end of this guide.

Authors must use the manuscript template provided by Jurnal Sisfotek Global. Writing guidelines and templates can be downloaded at the following address

Article submission and processing is free of charge, Readers can read and download full text articles for free.

Manuscripts sent to the Editorial Jurnal Sisfotek Global must follow the writing instructions. If the article does not comply with these guidelines, it will be returned to the author without further review.

General provisions in writing the manuscript of Jurnal Sisfotek Global are as follows:

Manuscripts written for Jurnal Sisfotek Global include research results in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Signal Processing, Data Science, Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, Computational and Mathematical Theory, Education Technology, Network & Security Data. Manuscripts are written in Indonesian with two language abstracts, Indonesian and English.

Jurnal Sisfotek Global does not accept manuscripts by email. Manuscripts must be submitted via the web system. For those who have never registered, please register first.

The manuscript sent is in the form of a *.doc file.

The length of the manuscript is expected not to exceed 15 pages.

Manuscript writing must follow the rules provided in the Jurnal Sisfotek Global template.

It is recommended to write a manuscript with the following section structure: Introduction - Research Method - Results and Discussion - Conclusion. Clear theorems do not need to be written down, just quote when needed. Evidence or theory that is less clear where the author clarifies it by developing it can be added after the introduction.

The citations and bibliography used have been prioritized for the last 5 years and come from reputable journals. Bibliography of the journal at least 80% of what is written.

When submitting texts, it is also required to submit an ethics statement to the publication and a copyright agreement. Detailed publication ethics can be read at this link. Publication ethics statements are expected to be read, followed and signed prior to submission. The Publication Ethics Statement can be downloaded from this link.

Each text in Jurnal Sisfotek Global will be reviewed by at least 2 reviewers with a double-blind review system. All review processes are carried out online through Jurnal Sisfotek Global web system, and authors can monitor the development of manuscripts through the web system.

The time for sending each manuscript until it is declared accepted by the Editorial Board will not be the same depending on the review process for each manuscript. The Editorial Board cannot guarantee that the time will be published with certainty when the author submits a new text.

Print proofing and editing are done by the editors and with the involvement of the authors.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Authors who publish with JSG agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
